How to get a mastery book maplestory?

on my evan character in maplestory, there is a skill that can be bettered by a mastery book and i was just wondering if there is a way to get them. Keep in mind that evans make job advancements every ten levels, so i am only level 40, so i cannot kill lvl 100 monsters that may drop them
