How can i learn to control my shaman powers?

Hi, im a 14 year old boy and i have recently began developing some shaman powers, in a way, its either that i can predict wind or i can control wind slightly. anyway i am looking for any way to hone my shaman skills to the point of possible mastery. all help is appreciated, thanks :)
