What if a loved one gets hurt, and you get a call from the Paramedics. What do they tell you?

The paramedic isnt the one who calls to say there's been an accident etc. Usually it's a detective or the city mourgue. The police officer would say "hello is this xyz residence? Is this a family member of xyz? when was the last time u seen xyz? do you mid coming to xyz because there was an incident & we need yo 2 come to xyz to proceed w/ the investigaton"...
