How would I go about studying Censorship in graduate school?

Censorship is a topic for a paper, not a major. If you want to wage a battle against censorship, you should go to law school and join the ACLU. If you want to do scholarly work on censorship of the press and the rise of dictatorships, you should study political science. If you want to study censorship and the media, you should study Communications.
