Chances of getting pregnant?

i have hypothyroidism and have been on meds for it for the past year and it causes irregular periods and now i have hypoglycemia just diagnosed....is it even possible for me to get pregnant still and if so how hard is it going to be ..oh yeah i am 19 :) and i already have one beautiful little girl who is 18 months and all of these problems started after my pregnancy and the hypoglycemia was just diagnosed last night by the paramedics
