I really need help? what would fit me?

It's hard to be a paramedic without science. Well you could do that or continue on with cooking which is a good profession all by itself. Or you could teach/play weddings and other gigs. You can make a respectable amount of money from those kinds of gigs. It should really be about what you want to do.
