He won't expect you to sacrifice your goals for him and don't build your future around a man. Go and get the schooling you need. You have the potential to achieve the goal and have a successful life and it is stupid to alter your life and future for someone that is not even a fiance or spouse. He will support your dreams and I am sure that the two of you will be able to make it work but don't sell yourself short ever, especially not for a relationship.
