What are classes that teach weapon mastery called?

Ive been looking for schools that teach weapons training, like swords, but i dont know what they call them? Does each weapon have a special name or is it all called something like weapon training? If i could get a list of names for weapon trainings that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance
