What does this mean "the naked truth"?

I know this sounds crazy but I had a dream where my mom came home from visiting my nana, she gave me; carved wood that looked like the bottom of a tree, a spring, a rubber joint, and a couple of plank wood. She said "nana knows your creative, so she wanted you to make the naked truth out of this" this dream wasn't mastery-ish or anything I asked my mom (in dream) what the naked truth was, and she said some thing like "its the hard truth" But I just don't know how to make that out of the random thinks I got... I could make some thing like a tree but I don't think that's the naked truth.
