Farmville English Countryside quest question?

Ok, so I'm on EC and I just finished the quest where I made the lionhead ale three times and plant/harvest 100 royal hop crops. i finished and then was rewarded the goat statue that gives you double mastery for 6 days.... but no new quest showed up.... is there a reason for that?? has anyone else had that happen?
