Learning disability and trade school?

i like to go back to school even though i failed horribly at college and had help cause of my learning disability i like to go back i want to be in medical field i feel like if i get showed i learn better. if i'm able to teach myself sewing by myself how easy will it be for trade school? don't they help you pass? what do they do at trade school if you have learnign disability? will i be able to pass is it easy do they do the same like in highschool also? in highschool i was in this contact mastery they help it easy by crossing out 1 answer giving me 3 answer choices but i still found it hard.
