Why do wargamers think Strategy is the key to victory in every thing?

Cause fan boys like in call of duty games, they suck. its not about gayass strategy, its about kicking ***! If they war in the army and they said its about strategy, they would be killed cause "Strategy" has NOTHING to do with war. its called Tactics. Strategy just is a ******* fag name for checkers.
